Fear of the unknown. It’s every person’s nightmare. Fear of death? I might raise my hand with that. Thinking about backpacking around the 80 provinces of the Philippines (solo) is already a threat to me. Combine also the risks that I will take. C’mon? Everybody should be cautious. I mean, who wouldn’t? I’m a
girl young adult. lol! 8)
Dying crossed my mind, but nothing can stop me from chasing my dreams.
I woke up gasping for breath because in my dream I died. How? It was pitch black and I was stabbed several times on my back. Well, that’s something I never want to think of. haha. It’s just a dream. Of course, I am not ready to die, but I am expecting to die soon (maybe 40 or 50 years from now).
Despite that “tragic” dream of mine, I still lifted my chin up, and told myself that “Everything will be fine.” Then, I read “A Rough Guide To The Philippines” by David Dalton. Hoping I am on the right track in this planning stage. So far, my proposed routes would be from Visayas down to Mindanao, back up to Luzon, and the last stop for the #PHL80_23 is Palawan. Any suggestions?
